I have made no attempt to launder the blouse as I was unsure how cleaning would effect the crown design

but there are a few accessories as well

The cover doubles as an envelope postcard. It is a double feature with two stories. The titles (Das Edle Blut Der Letzte) roughly translate to "The pure blood The last". Fairly good condition with some light wear and a little staining.
